The Values that Unite Us – The Stories that Inspire Us is a storytelling campaign for METRO, designed to communicate corporate values through authentic human narratives. Six different stories of employees became the foundation of a campaign that brings to life what truly defines METRO’s culture.
METRO assigned us to create a campaign that would go beyond traditional corporate communication and capture the essence of the company’s values in action. We approached this project by focusing on real people—employees whose personal experiences reflect values such as unity, leadership, growth, resilience, service, and hope.
