Created by Danezis Stories for METRO, the campaign brought to life six real stories from across the company’s network, captured on location, during actual shifts, without scripts or staging. Filmed in natural light, with a documentary approach and human-centered focus, the series reshaped how internal communication can look, feel, and connect, not through messaging, but through presence and shared values.
